Can Someone type in a method by adapting from the detailed description in page 322 here: District Laboratory Practice in Tropical Countries, Part 2, By Monica Cheesbrough. Thanks--Dr.saptarshi (talk) 11:39, 16 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

I have already compiled from the above and several other sources. --Dr.saptarshi (talk) 05:16, 21 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

I have a query on the need to use an "N95" type of respirator when handling the stain. The N95 mask protects against particulate matter but not against gaseous contaminant (i.e. methanol vapor). The issue seems to be the methanol and unless the mask is to prevent someone from drinking it I don't see that an N95 mask would help. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.12.95.96 (talk) 10:15, 11 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

This article has multiple issues. Please help to improve it. edit

The article's tone or style may not reflect the encyclopedic tone used on Wikipedia. Too academic and hard for people to read if they have no medical background, it could describe academic phrases with simple sentences. (March 2022) The article does not cite the description part. More citations are needed. ( March 2022) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vvanessa614 (talkcontribs) 00:38, 23 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
