Lacking information - labile cell types, location, function edit

This article desperately needs expansion, even as a layperson I read the whole thing and still don't really know what a labile cell is beyond an abstract definition. What types of cell are labile? Where in the body are they found? What are their functions? And presumably there is a reason why these cells are labile, how does their lability help them carry out their function? When injured, labile cells are repaired rapidly due to an aggressive TR response edit

"TR" Please define acronyms before using them (and there is little need to use them where space is not at a premium as in a book). 2.36.89.229 (talk) 01:26, 29 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
