The title must be changed to "LGBTQ". I am a LGBTQ studies student at San Francisco State University, and I can assure you that the term "LGBTQ" is considered more appropriate in all academic spheres. "LGBTQ" is defined as any person who does not identify as a cisgender heterosexual. Any claim that "LGBT" has this definition is incorrect - there are thousands of people who identify as "queer", not as "LGBT", and not as cisgender and/or heterosexual. Queer theory is a relatively new field of study, but Wikipedia has always been committed to presenting the most up-to-date information. We need to start revising all pages that relate to the present-day LGBTQ community through the lens of queer theory and the present vocabulary. "LGBTQI" is also an option, but intersexuality is a more complicated issue as some see it as an biological description and not an identity. More importantly, "LGBTQI" is not nearly as commonly used as "LGBTQ", which is now the most common term to describe this community.

Read WP:Due weight; that is a Wikipedia policy, and Wikipedia is far more concerned with that than "the most up-to-date information" with regard to terms, initialisms and updated information in general. It is not much concerned with neologisms, except, per WP:Neologisms, to discourage them. And WP:GA reassessment should not be used for matters such as these; read it.
