Copy edit (July 2008)
editI have corrected some issues with the language and did some minor restructuring with the section headers. It's more or less ok now, aside from the need for expansion (and other issues per the lead section's tags), and for the two sections I tagged confusing. The information in those two sections need to be clarified further before any further copy editing can be done. -Samuel Tan 16:27, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
