Wasn't Kosovo liberated almost entirely by the Albanian partisans (National Liberation Army)? The so called Background and Operations section contains no information about the military operation and no information about the background of the battle, containing only irrelevant information about the history of Yugoslavia during WWII, therefore there's no reason for it to be included in the article.
