This article could use a GIF animation of a Kit-Cat Klock to help illustrate the concept. A number of GIFs can be found on the Web, but to use any one of them would require permission from the site owner. What "sequence"?

Kit-Cat Klocks are frequently seen in movies, commercials, TV and advertising. Several other animated clocks made by the California Clock Company, an owl and a poodle, are shown next to Kit-Cat in this sequence.

What "sequence"? The ref. at the end of that paragraph is dead—could the text have referred to it? AndyFielding (talk) 14:43, 17 January 2022 (UTC)

@AndyFielding If you go back to this version, you'll see "this sequence" was meant to refer to "the opening scene of the 1985 movie Back to the Future". The reference to the movie was removed in this edit without removing the phrase "in this sequence". I've fixed it, along with adding a couple of other clocks from the article cited in this paragraph. Appearances in TV/movies come and go

A lengthy list of appearances of this clock in various movies and TV shows was removed in this edit. A movie reference came back in this edit and was partially deleted here. I finished the deletion here along with removing a reference to another TV show. I don't think we should list some without listing all, and it seems consensus is against listing them all.
