I have changed the mention of Kelty being on the boundaries of Fife and Perth and Kinross to the more specific Kinross-shire.

Whilst Kinross-shire is indeed in the Perth and Kinross Council area residents of the Kelty area would refer to the boundary as being with Kinross-shire rather than Perth and Kinross.
