Trying to update this article but it's a potential COI as I'm a member of the cooperative. The original article was also written by a member some years back, mostly now I'm just hoping to delete some out-dated wording and tailor the language to better reflect the organization's work. All the reference links were coming up 404, will get new ones up asap. Pouring over content guidelines, etc in an effort not to violate anything or step on toes - I've written for Wikipedia articles in the past (Ross Winn, Ruskin Colony) but never made a profile in order to edit on my own.
