Mine edit

Future text (needs to be cited)

A tungsten/molybdenum mine is about to make Juniper the focus of both industrial activity and probably controversy. The mine will leave a huge hole that will fill with tailings runoff for at least 1/4 century that will include arsenic and cadmium according to the mining company's PR rep. Big fuel/air guns will keep birds away from huge, deep poisonous hole as it fills w/ h2o. The environmental plan is to allow the heavy, poisonous elements to sink (over 1/4 century). The mine will feature two of the building-high Caterpillar dump trucks made famous by the tar sands operation with which Canada fuels the US. --John Bessa (talk) 15:01, 29 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
