Genus or subgenus

edit

As I know actualy Jovibarba is classified as a subgenus of the genus Sempervivum. The actual article's species-names are founded on http://rbg-web2.rbge.org.uk/cgi-bin/nph-readbtree.pl/feout?FAMILY_XREF=&GENUS_XREF=Jovibarba&SPECIES_XREF=&TAXON_NAME_XREF=&RANK=

Is this source/reference really the valid reference of the actual state-of-the-art of science and the actual valid international agreement?

In my opinion the actual nomenclature and taxonomy is: "Subgenus Jovibarba with two species and some subspecies:

Sempervivum heuffelii (Syn.: Jovibarba heuffelii) Sempervivum globiferum (Syn.: Jovibarba globifera): Sempervivum globiferum subsp. globiferum (Syn.: Jovibarba globifera subsp. globifera) Sempervivum globiferum subsp. hirtum (Syn.: Jovibarba globifera subsp. hirta) Sempervivum globiferum subsp. allionii (Syn.: Jovibarba globifera subsp. allionii) Sempervivum globiferum subsp. arenarium (Syn.: Jovibarba globifera subsp. arenaria) Sempervivum globiferum subsp. glabrescens (Syn.: Jovibarba globifera subsp. glabrescens) Sempervivum globiferum subsp. tatrense (Syn.: Jovibarba globifera subsp. tatrensis)
