editMy thanks to whoever corrected my erroneous edit. I assumed at a quick glance that the figures in the Register were the actual number of people supporting each candidate. I should have realised the numbers were impossibly small. I have been studying American politics for 30 years and I still get surprised at its complexities. Adam 10:33, 22 Jan 2004 (UTC)
