It is very unclear to me and other editors interested in ICA why this organization page is a) listed as an "Academic Journal" and b) why the page, which seems to be quite neutral in tone, is accused of a violation of the Neutral Point of view. The disclaimer at the top of the page creates the impression that the organization is either not credible or somehow deficient. Also, the nature of the dispute is not stated on this talk page. Can we move on this issue and unlock the status of this page and improve it at the same time? --Damis (talk) 20:17, 29 May 2012 (UTC)

• The organization is not listed as an academic journal, it is tagged as being within the scope of the Wikiproject Academic Journals, because that project also covers learned societies. As for the tag, the article is not really written in the NPOV tone required for an encyclopedic article, but looks more like the homepage of the association. On the other hadn, it's not really promotional in one, so I'll remove that tag. As an aside, the "status" of this page has not been "locked" at any time, whatever you may mean with that. --Guillaume2303 (talk) 08:10, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
  • Thank you... "Unlock" as in making sure if I took that NPOV disclaimer down, no one would feel offended... I and other people interested in ICA plan to make some changes to the page to make it more informative and less "promotional"...
