Used in IBM PC as LPT Printer port, when?

edit

Best known as the chip for original IBM PC pringer port chip?

Clearly the IBM technical reference shows that the LPT port has been made with discrete logic chips.

Is there any proof that 8255 has ever been used as the PC printer port chip? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.153.27.229 (talk) 08:16, 12 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Dead Reference Alert

edit

The Reference List Link #5 pointing to an ftp server at "78.39.200.210" is a deadlink now and i suggest it be removed or another alternate link be provided,if any exists. I have replaced the dead link with two new working links, one of them being that of Intel's.

So all citation issues are fixed as of now i hope.

Ho corretto l'immagine ma non riesco a caricarla per cui teniamoci quella errata. I corrected the image but I can't upload it so let's keep the incorrect one. Oruamarum (talk) 07:36, 16 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
