The page includes a personal interview with John Paterakis. Although Harbor East won a architectural award and a majority of information comes from the site it should not interfere with the article as long as it is cited correctly.
Popularity with students

Added a citation needed tag; I call bull. Price points in Harbor East are well beyond the budget of graduate stipends. I'd invite anyone to provide anything adhering to WP:REF.
