In the definition: Should $\Delta _{\infty }u(x)$ read $\langle \Delta _{\infty }u,u\rangle$ or something? Having x-dependence on the left but not the right seems strange. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.234.240.61 (talk) 12:49, 5 August 2013 (UTC)

Your suggestion would not help: in the article, $\langle \dots \rangle$ stands for Euclidean inner product (the gradients to which it is applied on the right are vectors), not for $\int f(x)g(x)dx$. Anyway, the right side also depends on x, one could write $u(x)$ everywhere, but it would make reading a bit harder. Maybe it should indeed be changed. GaborPete (talk) 21:29, 27 December 2016 (UTC)
