Is Inertia now Griffen Grey?

edit

Given that in a recent interview, Geoff Johns is asked:

NRAMA: Then there's Inertia from the new Flash series?
GJ: Inertia will be on the team.

It seems plausible that Inertia from 'new' Flash is Griff. Has anyone read anything about this? -- Ipstenu (talk|contribs) 18:09, 10 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Based on 2007 issues, I think it's unlikely. Funny how they both wore greem, though. 172.195.3.25 16:22, 4 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Inertia's Fate

edit

I think the record should be known that Inertia didn't aid in Bart's death. After being defeated by Bart, Half the rouges ganged up on Bart, while the other half (Abra Kadabra, The Trickster, and Pied Piper) attacked Inertia. Lionheart08 13:40, 22 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Earlier Mention (not by name)

edit

Inertia is strongly alluded to in... whichever special (prestige 1-shot?) featured Iris's diaries... a few years before his debut. Explicit reference to Bart's greatest challenge (which the death story was written to reflect) and refereed to as his 'reflection,' ... or something. Can someone cite this better than me?

Secondarily- the 'partial clone' thing should probably be fleshed out to make the relationship clearer- his grandfather cloned Bart while his mother was bregnant, and then spliced in an extra helping of Thrawne DNA.

...Or so he says. The reality is that Barry was a set of identical twins, Barry had fraternal twins, Barry's newphew had fraternal twins... (in multiple continuities...) and the original origin story was quite clear that Inertia got his origin story from his crazy-president grandfather. I strongly suspect Thad was written with an intention to eventually reveal he and Bart were 'really' fraternal twins. I'd like to see a note how fishy the 'identical clone with Thrawne DNA spliced in' story is (Bart already has Thrawne DNA via his mom- and apparently it's enough to give speed, with Boomerang Jr) amid a family where everyone has twins... But I'm aware I'm too biased to properly judge whether this is worthy of inclusion, even as a trivia/weirdness note. Does anybody else have an opinion? -Deriksmith 04:24, 17 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Inertia.jpg

edit

Image:Inertia.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
