Roy Fong and The Imperial Tea Court are significant to tea history in the US. Wikipedia currently allows the following pages of US Tea Businesses and more international businesses. Many of the owners of these companies are students or customers of Roy Fong and Imperial Tea Court. It is my intention to develop this page along the guidelines of these existing ones with additional notes to history.
