I'm having a hard time finding any useful sources on this institution, as practically everything is in Albanian language. The only reliable third-party source is the report at http://www.masht-gov.net/advCms/documents/Kosovo_Accreditation_Project_Report.pdf from 2008, which states that Iliria "should not be accredited or licensed. It should be required
to eliminate the word 'university' from its name." The German Anabin database - also referring to that report - lists Iliria with a "H-", which means its not considered anything like a university in its country.
