Removed Minor Error statement

edit

In reference to the statement about Igor's rank and promotion being confused, the statement that he is a private E2 is false. That would be true in today's military, however during the time of Korea, a single cheveron represented the rank of Private First Class (E3), thus he would correctly be appearing for promotion to corporal. The statement about time in grade and good conduct is as well referencing current regulations, not regulations during that era. References: http://www.usma.edu/dmi/MS101/MS101Chapter8/Chapter08.pdf

"The insignia, consisting of a single chevron, which was previously authorized for private first class, was authorized for private E2. A new insignia was authorized for private first class which consisted of one chevron above one arc per DA Message 868848, dated 28 May 1968." Page 268.
