Halloween would disagree :P Seriously, though, "near-complete pantheon of gods and goddesses, and thus may be regarded as legend or mythology" strikes me as OR and definitely needs a source. 65.96.201.130 (talk) 15:54, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
Additionally: "Humanity, realizing that the end of the world is imminent, promptly unites in a show of universal brotherhood, but they are too late." Is this true? I've just started this novel and it seems very familiar. Was an earlier version published serially, maybe in Asimov's or F&SF? Nothing in the indicia or a brief web search. --96.233.88.75 (talk) 16:40, 29 June 2012 (UTC)
