Two points: the side-box gives the book publication (I think) location as 'England', whereas, it has been suggested to me, that this should read 'Canada'? Can anyone clarify/correct?

Secondly - the page entry seems to relate to the novel and not (yet?) the film/movie. Again, this might need some extra work. John courtneidge (talk) 18:58, 7 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
