• This wiki article is written purely in a biased manner which is very readily apparent at first glance.
• There are ZERO references provided for any of the claims made in this wiki article. Which is a surprise.
• wrt "The locality is one of the most sought after residential places in the Western suburbs" - this statement is unsubstantiated.
• This statement is made without any supporting reference material: "with property prices roughly double the average for the suburb of Borivali or even higher". The purpose of such a statement can only be for WP:SOAPBOX & WP:PROMO.
• This statement: "The colony is known for its extremely peaceful locale, large open playgrounds and parks, food, annual festivities, easy accessibility to the Link road, SV road, Gorai-Manori-Uttan beaches, the Western Express Highway, Western Railway Line, and the upcoming Mumbai Metro Line 2A."" is true for almost every Locale/society/colony/slum/building starting from Bandra, all the way up to Dahisar. It's presence here befuddles the mind.
• There is no rationale being followed here.

Kindly address the queries I have raised here, the Article is also Tagged Template:Unreferenced which means I can challenge the veracity of the material in this wiki article, failing which the material needs to be deleted.
