Perhaps a good link to adopt this orphan article would be through the article about Dr. Harold Chestnut which says " Dr. Harold Chestnut was awarded: For his achievements associated with the promotion of humanitarian use of technology as a world leader in systems engineering that encompasses electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and automatic control." A link to Humanitarian Use Licenses would probably be appropriate via the concept of humanitarian use of technology. (Mr. Science (talk) 20:29, 6 September 2008 (UTC))

USSR? Where was that stuff copied from? It's still going to be under copyright in the US, unfortunately and shouldn't be here unless the author is dual licensing it. 280.status.net/douglasawh (talk) 02:28, 10 July 2012 (UTC)

The language needs much improvement in the article... particularly capitalization. In addition, the term intellectual property rights could be replaced with copyright, trademark or patent rights. Χρυσάνθη Λυκούση (talk) 04:45, 26 March 2014 (UTC)
