1970s Honda Z
editI changed this back from subcompact to small. Subcompact has no meaning to me (UK), but the link to subcompact says that it is equivalent to a supermini. This car is smaller than a super mini. It is bigger than a smart and a similar size to an original mini. -- SGBailey 14:36, 14 September 2005 (UTC)
- Is this car for sale? If so how much?

I see it now listed as a microcar, which I think is appropriate. In the US we basically have large, mid-size, compact, and sub-compact. This is smaller than any cars currently available. The smart car acually isn't that small and is quite heavy, it is just shorter than average. Flight Risk (talk) 20:39, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
90's Z info?
editCan someone find the original source for the 90's Z info? This seems like a horrible machine translation. Optix (talk) 23:13, 16 November 2008 (UTC)
Where is the information regarding the 90's Z? Was this cut? Was it ever presented? --Lendorien 20:23, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
Gearing, top speed
edit1971 Z600, personal experience, at freeway speed of 73mph the engine was spinning 7300rpm, 300 above redline... as such I question the 103mph claim at the salt flats as this would be around 10,000rpm without a pressurized intake manifold, and this does not sound possible. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.28.29.200 (talk) 20:26, 11 October 2011 (UTC)
- Perhaps (imagine!) they changed the gearing. ⊂| Mr.choppers |⊃ (talk) 19:11, 12 October 2011 (UTC)
- The tires look taller than stock. did your car have a 4 or 5 speed? ............Wondering about the engine specks. Up to 36hp with the 360cc, and 36hp with the 600cc. Of course the 600 should have more torque. Also it mentions the 360 went to water cooling in '71, what about the 600? Was it water or air cooled? I've seen it listed as air cooled but there doesn't seem to be any fan or shroud.Flight Risk (talk) 20:27, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
