Going through
editRe-added the paragraph explicitely stating that it is a poor antipersonnel weapon (barring explosion after going through the victim's body)

editI have an idea that the SAPHEI designation is more widely used than HEIAP, if that is the case the page should be moved. Roger (talk) 14:02, 15 May 2012 (UTC)
