The Notre Dame window, the Bible Moralisee picture, and the Ivory mirror case have one notable thing in common: there's no hexafoil in any of them. Why are they included? Does this mean that the text in the "Architecture" and "Religion" sections is irrelevant and should be removed? --LarsMarius (talk) 06:27, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
- From looking at the sources cited it looks like this text is about another shape, also called hexafoil. Specifically this shape. So perhaps it's best to keep the text, but make it very clear that it refers to a different shape.LarsMarius (talk) 19:44, 23 October 2021 (UTC)
- I rewrote the page, integrating content from Six-petal rosette, plus adding more research. It now clearly distinguishes between the two different shapes. The six-petal rosette was chosen as the main form, since google and twitter searches mainly return that shape, and not the alternate.LarsMarius (talk) 19:49, 26 December 2021 (UTC)
