Talk:Helping Families Save Their Homes Act of 2009

Bill details needed edit

Why does this article say nothing about the details of the bill? Bill titles are often misleading. Somebody please add info about the pros and cons of this proposed legislation. --JHP (talk) 00:30, 23 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

As the creator of this article, I apologize for the long-missing details on the provisions of the bill. It seems that I planned to add them at a later date and never did. However, I have now added an explanation of the bill's provisions, with a special subsection for cram down. Hopefully this satisfies your expectations. Cram Down edit

The cram down section talks factually about what the excised provision allowed, and provides only GOP criticisms of the provision. It does not offer arguments on the other side. 12.186.80.1 (talk) 15:36, 10 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hopefully the changes I've made are satisfactory in that regard. A Stop at Willoughby (talk) 17:05, 20 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
