I've just moved this article from Heidmork to Heiðmörk.

The Manual of Style on Article titles and Using English specify that diacritics are neither favoured nor disfavoured here. Heiðmörk comes with 436k Google hits, Heidmork comes with 13 700 Google hits, so Heiðmörk is the more-favoured title.
