Acting appearance counts edit

There is a conflict between the number of appearances based on projection and based on counting as they appear. It is likely that Dunsworth and Donat will appear in most episodes, though currently they have appeared in only four, the only four. It makes little sense to have them appearing four times and Edge appearing seven times (projected). Please update each as they appear, so that we don't have confusing statistics. -- I.Hutchesson 00:01, 14 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

I also wonder why someone insists on putting Edge at the top of the recurring cast list when the series always puts Donat and Dunsworth first. -- I.Hutchesson 01:56, 29 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

This is pretty boring that some ISP user continues to change the order of the cast from the way it is given in the program. I wish they would stop. They don't read the talk page. They don't write edit summaries. They don't participate in the Wiki process, but they wanna put Edge at the top of the list.... -- I.Hutchesson 11:06, 7 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Another anonymous poster at work edit

I have changed the summary for episode 10 to reflect what happened in the episode. Since doing so an anonymous editor has insisted on returning to the original misleading one, which read:

Facing the looming prophecy of her disappearance in just a few days, Audrey tries to do anything that will alter her fate, but a series of events brings her face-to-face with the Bolt Gun Killer.

Anyone who saw the episode knows 1) Audrey doesn't have time "to do anything that will alter her fate" and 2) Audrey doesn't come "face-to-face with the Bolt Gun Killer". In fact there was no "series of events" that brings her to the killer's lair, but her investigation based on autopsy evidence. Logic is not necessary for this anonymous editor. -- I.Hutchesson 14:09, 13 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Episode 12 edit

With all the changes regarding transmission of "Reunion" in the USA i thought to get a copy of Showcase's schedule. Showcase has been showing the new episodes on a 1 week delay from their US broadcast for who-knows-why reasons this year. Even with the break in the US for Thanksgiving Showcase too showed a repeat rather than finally synchronise. Given the oddities of scheduling in Canada and the uncommon day for first transmission in the USA i offer an archive of Showcase's schedule for the episode. http://www.webcitation.org/6CwFMMsgq It always was and for now still is scheduled for 21 December. It is probably still too soon to know if it will be relocated to 27 December to retain that quirky 7-day delay. If Syfy again changes their schedule and Showcase retains theirs it could be first shown in Canada. Actually, as of my writing this Syfy's schedule says it will be yet another encore of the Eureka Christmas episode next Thursday at 7pm to conclude the Haven marathon. If it did say it would be Haven it too has been changed since that tweet used to reference the date was twitted. delirious & lost~hugs~ 22:28, 15 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Also, unless they change things up subsequent to my writing this, the season finale will be on Showcase immediately following episode 12 rather than on 28 December. http://www.webcitation.org/6CwJ3xeQL That is 21 December 9pm "Reunion" and 10pm "Thanks For The Memories". delirious & lost~hugs~ 23:29, 15 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Colour contrast problems edit

It seems that this article is using colours in the infobox which don't satisfy Wikipedia's accessibility guidelines. The contrast between the foreground colour and the background colour is low, which means that it may be difficult or impossible for people with visual impairments to read it.

To correct this problem, a group of editors have decided to remove support for invalid colours from Template:Infobox television season and other television season templates after 1 September 2015. If you would still like to use custom colours for the infobox and episode list in this article after that date, please ensure that the colours meet the WCAG AAA standard.

To test whether a colour combination is AAA-compliant you can use Snook's colour contrast tool. If your background colour is dark, then please test it against a foreground colour of "FFFFFF" (white). If it is light, please test it against a foreground colour of "000000" (black). The tool needs to say "YES" in the box for "WCAG 2 AAA Compliant" when you input the foreground and the background colour. You can generally make your colour compliant by adjusting the "Value (%)" fader in the middle box.

Please be sure to change the invalid colour in every place that it appears, including the infobox, the episode list, and the series overview table. If you have any questions about this, please ask on Template talk:Infobox television season. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 05:30, 2 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
