This is a small town newspaper in British Columbia. Possibly it was reprinting something from elsewhere, but I do not automatically accept that it was a reliable source for events in Somaliland. I have therefore removed the following text: "According to Nelson Daily News, Faarax Sugulle was the head of the Haroun."
