==H1 B Transfer== I have a valid H1B stamped but my sponser hasn't given me neither the original H1B petition nor a copy of those documents. Extensive interpretation of Foreign Affairs Manual

In #Travel, there's basically a whole section of interpretation of the Foreign Affairs Manual which I don't think follows Wikipedia policies and guidelines. We aren't supposed to pick out specific primary documents for focus like this. Up to the sentence in the second paragraph that ends "USCIS then either confirms the petition is valid as initially approved, or definitively revokes it", the section depends exclusively on FAM for four citations and the travel.state.gov website. The section needs more secondary sources telling us that this topic is suitable for inclusion. Then, after that, the amount of interpretation should be minimal in order to not run afoul of WP:HOWTO or WP:SYNTH. I've discussed this with another editor on my talkpage and think the conversation should continue here. ☆ Bri (talk) 19:38, 27 June 2024 (UTC)
