Quite. According to PepsiCo Loft won, so Guth must have been judged to have appropriated an opportunity that rightly belonged to his employer. But you'd never guess from the article (in fact the way it ends suggests the judge was leaning in the opposite direction!) 86.9.109.71 (talk) 18:12, 6 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
