Guidances?

edit

The term "guidances" is not commonly used in the United States, as "guidance" is typically considered a mass noun and and not pluralized. While there are certain specialized contexts where pluralization may occur, FDA regulations use "guidance documents" as the standard terminology. Jourdy345 (talk) 19:52, 5 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Edit: I stand corrected. FDA uses the plural form "guidances" to refer to their guidance documents — e.g., this official document entitled "Statistical Principles for Clinical Trials". — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jourdy345 (talkcontribs) 01:46, 6 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
