Incorrect redirect
editGripping sailor's hitch should not redirect to Sailor's hitch (a different knot).
Instead, it should be removed, and Gripping Sailor's hitch moved to its place.

ABoK
editGripping sailor's hitch does not appear to be ABoK 1688 [p.293].
It looks closest to the hitches in Chapter 22 Hitches to Masts, Rigging, and Cable (Lengthwise Pull) [p.297], but is not exactly like any of them, to my eye at least.
