Sources cited on the "History" section of the page and validity of claims made edit

I've been trying to fact check and find better sources for this paragraph [1] within the article and was unable to come across any legislation that backed that claim. The GPF is on the ballot in Florida as evident by the Florida Voter Registration website- however, my issue is proving the timeline stated in the paragraph. Additionally, the percentages claimed by the paragraph (while having one source) does not have any backing evidence or legislative Florida statue linked proving its validity- besides linking the GPF's page from 2010 which states no Florida statue as-well. If anyone is willing to assist in backing this claim made by the paragraph and linking relative legislation and Florida statue, it would be appreciated. If we cannot find anything I do recommend we look at removing it or re-wording it. As for now I will continue to look when I can for backing of these claims. I'd additionally like to point out the "notability guidelines for companies and organizations" template may no longer apply here- as stated by the WikiProject Green Politics page and WP:Notable, although the lack of many sources on the page is something to be addressed and progressively fixed.
