I totally disagree. The primary topic here is the ice cream brand, as most people are searching for. Read WP:Primary topic for more details. When typing in the search bar, most will not use capital letters and type "good humor". A hat note can be made on the page if necessary. Those looking for the definition are most likely searching under just "humor" or "humour". You may not have noticed, but Good humour is a redirect to the ice cream brand, where "humour" is the UK spelling for "humor" (US spelling). I don't see why Good humor should have an exception.
