editThis article lacks allot of material that I am planning to improve. With respect to the Wiki article grading policy, It lacks enough content about the Global warming pollution reduction Act of 2007. Therefore I will add more detail about the policy its self. Also I will improve its design/look or orientation, in terms of where material is placed etc. Further more the article lacks any kind of graphics and pictures or chats in favor or against the Act, which i intend to improve. As per Wiki grading score, the article is biased or one sided, thus I am planning on adding material to support, against and a critique section of the Act as well. The article also lacks enough references and futher links of useful or supporting information for the content, also the latter will be inproved massively.smatovu (talk)

Hello! I plan on editing this article to enhance readability and allow this page to embody wiki's guidelines. As of now, to understand the article, one would need some knowledge of the process/jargon associated with passing a law. Edits needed are less of formatting, but more so in copyediting/sentence structure. The bibliography is fair. I think focusing on enhancing readability is crucial for this article. There are some stylistic issues. I plan to remove the final two sections "final statement" and "importance of government involvement," as they violate wikipedia's purpose of being encyclopedic/express a biased opinion. With that, the citation #15 should be removed along with it's content in the final section. Eventually, more content from someone who is more familiar with the subject would be super beneficial!
