• Is there a particular reason you don't cite the Keynes piece? Have you been able to access it? I think the citation could be a little fuller.

It was. But we have people who insist that we do not capitalize the B in bishop. I gave up arguing about it a while back... not worth the stress. Some MOS thing or something... and we all know how well you do trying to say MOS is just a guideline... Ealdgyth - Talk 22:46, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
