Talk:Georgetown, Ontario

I removed this:

"It has a number of residential developments, including Arbor Glen and Victoria Station."

I think these are just developer's names for the area like "Fernbrook" (Georgetown south) or "Belmont Hills" by Stewarttown. Probably just added to Wikipedia by the developer :P --Ben 02:26, 9 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

The "outlying communities" is actually a partial list of various communities in Halton Hills, so it's been renamed "Nearby Communities" for now. It could probably stand to be taken out completely. The compass might also need refinement. (The Lake Effect 04:36, 29 April 2006 (UTC))Reply

So true about the old man at the cinema.

The article lacks a subheading for artisans, but perhaps Keith Felton could be added to the 'Notable Residents' list. He is, after all, a world-class bookbinder with an international clientele (including the Thomas Fisher Rare Book Library), who has been working out of Georgetown for twenty-five years. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.29.79.184 (talk) 04:54, 12 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
