I am looking to find the crash sites of :-

(a)Hurricane crashed at Gedney Dyke on the 8th September 1940 (b)Spitfire X4613 that crashed in the Gedney Hill area on the 2nd March 1941 (c)German JU88 that crashed in the Gothic House/Hurns Farm, French Drove area of Gedney Hill on the 17th April 1941 (d)German Dornier 217e shot down on the 23rd July 1942 crashing in the Fleet Fen area (e)German Dornier 217e shot down in the Gedney Hill area on the 23rd August 1942 tonyspieshop19 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tonyspieshop19 (talkcontribs) 19:51, 4 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

I'm sure that a war plane crashed into the field behind Hurn's farm house. The Limes, Station Road, Gedney Hill. I remember seeing newspaper cuttings of it, but I don't remember what plane it was.
