Agreed. We have two stubby articles at the moment, whereas one comprehensive article would work better. Regan123 (talk) 13:32, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

I have integrated all the verifiable content from this article into the Hydrocarbon oil duty history section, and propose the convert this article to a redirect within a week or so if there are no objections.
