Did Fred Gilbert die intestate? edit
This article cites the wording of the Judgment, i.e. that Gilbert died intestate. However, his entry in the Probate Calendar says that Probate was granted. I'm no expert on wills etc but I thought this meant that a will existed and had been duly executed. Without a will, there would instead have been an administration to deal with any assets. Can anyone clarify please? And what difference (if any) would this have made to the copyright issue, which appears to hinge on this issue of a will? — Preceding unsigned comment added by StylusGuru (talk • contribs) 12:07, 30 December 2016 (UTC)
