Fort Tongass reconstruction, Ketchikan

edit

According to this link, a reconstruction of Fort Tongass, or a quasi-fort named Fort Tongass, was built at Ketchikan in the 1960s and was included in the then-new Tongass Historical Museum, which seems like it needs an article. There's also mention of the Fort Tongass Drum and Bugle Corps, which I gahter was/is a Ketchikan-based outfit rather than being from Tongass Island/Fort Tongass proper....Skookum1 (talk) 16:03, 24 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Is the fort really in the Ketchikan Gateway Borough or actually in the Prince of Wales – Hyder Census Area? There's no coords on this article. The coords on Tongass Island make it a little hard to understand how the KGB boundaries could stretch that far. That is, unless the census area boundaries became noncontiguous following the KGB's recent annexation. I'm not sure, seeking advice.RadioKAOS (talk) 23:31, 23 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
