What about other Commonwealth Colleges?
editI was surprised to find the article leave certain universities unmentioned. So to this end, I have merely pointed out Universities of Melbourne, Sydney, and Toronto in the introductory section of the article as other institutions in which the formal dinner is practiced.
The constituent colleges thereof, to which this applies, include but are not limited to: Trinity College (Toronto), Janet Clarke Hall and Trinity College (Melbourne), and St. Paul's College (Sydney).
By referring to each constituent college's website, one can easily attest to this, but in case I double-checked the aforementioned colleges. Here's, for instance, what it states on St. Paul's website: "Dress for Dinner in Hall from Monday to Friday is jacket, tie and academic gown. Dinner in Hall is the high-point of the College day, and is an occasion with a high standard of 'formal-informality'. It includes distinctive College ceremonies and the most important community announcements."

editThis section doesn't mention what it actually is!

. . . . nor what is meant by 'long-established'. It was unheard of at Cambridge 50 years ago.
University of Bristol
editThe University of Bristol is mentioned twice; in the first paragraph as having formal halls; and in the second as having something similar.86.132.221.141 (talk) 15:27, 27 April 2017 (UTC)
