Not Swedes, but Finns edit

The units which were allocated in the area (1632 - 1634) in three villages were infact Finnish units of the Royal Swedish Army. As a result of their visit all young women become pregnat and gave later birth for many children, not usual Bavarian look with dark hears. The children were more blond type with blue or green eyes. Another speciality which the Finns brought with them was "sieniviina" (Spiritus fungi), a local speciality even today and the only place where this special spiritus can be obtained in Germany. This is the first place in Germany where they built also wooden savusaunas (smokebaths) during their long stay in the area. They brought with them to Finland the stories of Pirunluola (Teufelshöhle) and Saatanankolo (Satan´s Hollow) located in the area near Poppenstein. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.112.169.96 (talk) 11:24, 31 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
