Why does the article state that Barack Obama received 73% of the vote in the 2008 election, and then below that, shows that McCain got 56% of the vote in the same election? --Omgitsfletch (talk) 18:49, 22 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

This article is so lacking of facts that it does not begin to tell the story of CD5. The district was MANDATED by FEDERAL court to comply withe VRA. Update or delete!!
