I won one of these as a "prize" in a contest. The battery NEVER charges despite numerous calls to tech support. This is a VERY common problem with this camera as the dozens of 1 ratings on Amazon will all speak to in detail. This plus the fact that Cisco has discontinued making this product makes me think perhaps the reception section needs to be a little less glowing. I would mention the battery/discontinuation issue in the article with a cite of any of a dozen websites discussing these exact problems except that I am a Wikirookie and wouldn't want my content deleted for improper citation.
