Moses Abraham Finzi

I've read a mention of "an Italian Jew," [Sir] Moses Abraham Finzi who in 1837 served as the British vice consul in Acre. I suspect he was a British subject of Italian ancestry, but haven't found anything specific about him. Any ideas? -- Deborahjay (talk)
