Much better format than previous episodes. All the articles in this series should have minimal "sections," as there should only be one or two notes sections, not one each for "arc advancement" and "referbacks" (what is that anyways). Mooshimanx 17:29, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

These episode guides are becoming longer to read than watching the show, is it really necessary to include every little thing that happened?

It is probably worth noting that the scene with the fetus grabbing House's finger, while based on an actual event, followed a mere month after Scrubs treated the same scene in the episode "My Road to Nowhere."

In the actual event "The baby was anesthetized. The baby was not aware of what was going on.". That was Dr. Burner's statement who was the surgeon of the operation. Later he said that he moved the baby's hand, not the baby grabbed his hand. I don't know if the fetus was anesthetized in this scene, if yes, it's movement should be noted as an unrealistic portrayal or whatever the lingo expression is for this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kangaxx (talk • contribs) 23:34, 29 March 2008 (UTC)

Having watched the final scene I cannot find any reference to the baby being named Greg, either on screen or in the dialogue, can anyone confirm the source of this? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Redback (talk • contribs) 09:59, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
