This article not only "incorporates information from the Catholic Encyclopedia of 1917," it is almost word-for-word, the same article. This disclaimer should read: "This article incorporates a small amount of information not found in the Catholic Encyclopedia of 1917." Other than slight rewording, the articles are almost identical! I'm no copyright lawyer, but this seems to be way beyond "fair use."
